Our children deserve solutions, not just conversations. We must turn community concerns into meaningful legislation, policies, and action that protect children, strengthen families, and support mental health, education, safety, and well-being.
Please continue advocating for the Minnesota African American Family Preservation and Child Welfare Disproportionality Act and the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). These protections are essential to preserving families, protecting cultural identities, and preventing unnecessary family separation.
Lasting change requires collaboration, accountability, and collective responsibility. The question is not simply, “How are the children?” but “What are we willing to do together to ensure they are well?”
Promise of Tomorrow invites Minnesota families, students, educators, school staff, and community advocates to share their perspectives on educational access, school climate and safety, mental health, family engagement, and youth well-being. Your input will help identify community needs and legislative priorities for sustainable change.
